We have an opening at our busy Mississauga location as a Service Advisor for our Afternoon Shift.

Duties/Responsibilities

In this challenging role you will be required to:

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with requests for repair
• Perform walk-around inspection and verify service concerns
• Follow-up on work in progress of each repair
• Utilize your strong customer service skills to gather information from our customers and relay that information to the required individuals in our service team

Requirements/Attributes

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Great Ability to Communicate Professionally with Customers Face to Face, Over the Phone, and via e-mail
• Must-Have Exceptional Attention to Detail
• Must be Competent in Microsoft Office
• Walk-In Customer Service experience
• Truck Dealership experience
• Service Advisor experience
• G-class driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract report
• Truck OEM Warranty Experience would be an advantage
• Heavy Truck Experience an asset but not necessary
