We are currently looking for a Customer Service Support who will perform a wide range of activities for our operations department.

What you will be doing:

  • Receive and audit order acknowledgements
  • Review order financials and prepare file cover sheets
  • Communicate with sales, office staff and factory
  • Assist co-workers on various tasks, projects and month end exercises when required
  • Supply accounting with sales figures pertaining to orders booked on a daily basis
  • Create job files/audit files
  • Communicate with customer (could be B2B or B2C) at each step following the finalization of the order to provide production, delivery, installation status updates, etc.
  • Assist with scheduling installs, confirm appointments with customers, and ensure the customers are aware of all on-site requirements
  • Provide support to our dealer partners via telephone and email
  • Take initiative and use sound judgement
  • Other duties may be assigned from time to time as required

 

Nice to have:

  • Minimum high school education /College Diploma or equivalent
  • 1- 2 years experience in office administration, reception, or customer service
  • Prior experience in windows and doors or building materials or construction, an asset
  • Fluid and confident verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills with a strong customer focus. Professional communication style and confidence in communicating with a variety of internal and external customers.
  • Ability to self-manage priorities and deadlines, completing multiple tasks according to business need
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to develop methods of organizing information, files (digital and paper), and storage.
  • Ability to collaborate with employees from cross-functional departments on a common task to achieve the objectives of the team.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
  • Efficiently work with and leverage various technology platforms to maximize effectiveness; proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Able to learn and use SalesForce.
