Mitrex, an Integrated solar and construction solution provider, is looking for an experienced, full-time, permanent Public Relations Specialist to present a groundbreaking new Solar energy system to high-level management in the construction industry. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of public relations experience in the construction or solar industry.

COMPETENCIES

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in PR, Influencer Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English or related field
• Ability to think critically; can generate and present new ideas
• Strong writing skills
• Strong media skills and ability to strengthen and build relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication; you should be able to easily explain and defend your ideas (both technical and non-technical) in discussion with your fellow team members
• Demonstrated experience in executing link building and PR campaigns
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to campaign management
• Demonstrated written ability through published white papers
• Must have a passion for the industry, sustainability, and solar energy

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives
• Develop an extensive media relations plan inclusive of pitch campaigns, media monitoring, and reporting
• Strategize and execute link building strategies to gain high-quality white-hat links from relationships with niche blogging websites
• Develop and execute strategic relationships with media and influencers in the property management industry
• Write and publish Press Release for new and current products
• Manage brand reputation by monitoring and managing review sites
• Working with teams to ideate and execute programs leveraging existing best practices and new ideas the candidate would bring to the table.
• Oversight white papers creating geared towards generating leads
• Keeping on top of emerging trends in the real estate industry
• Other duties as assigned
