We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. This position will work out of our Moncton Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:
- Posting AP invoices
- Matching invoices with packing slips
- Verifying prices
- Reviewing & reconciling monthly vendor statements
- Following up with admin on invoices that need posting
- Ensuring admin are posting invoices timely & accurately to receive all discounts
- Following up with vendors on missing invoiced or errors on statements
- Matching invoiced with statements
- Gathering proper approval of invoices
- Other duties as required
- General Administrative support
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Post secondary education in accounting or business preferred
- 2+ years clerical experience preferred
- Relevant clerical experience preferred
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as with a team
- Experience in using Microsoft Products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
