Mitrex, an Integrated solar and construction solution provider, is looking for an experienced, full-time, permanent Client Relations & Communications Representative to present a groundbreaking new Solar Energy System to the developers, architects and consultants in the construction industry.

  • A degree or diploma in relevant field (communications, architecture, engineering or construction management is preferred)
  • Ability to read and analyze drawings and specs for projects is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the construction or solar industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude and ambition to grow within an entrepreneurial environment
  • High enthusiasm, creativity, and resourcefulness are crucial, as is a high level of professional integrity and confidentiality
  • Experience and interest in marketing, sales and public speaking are not mandatory but will be highly valued as the individual must be comfortable doing presentations and public speaking 
  • Must have experience managing a high-volume to-do list.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders both within the company, and externally with prospective clients and influencers, all with the highest degree of respect and professionalism.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present our line of solar solutions to prospective clients and influencers with a focus on architects and those in construction related industries
  • Use our customer relationship management [CRM] system to keep track of all your presentation and business development activities.
  • Acquire customer and prospect feedback to assist our Architectural Representatives and Solar Technical Engineers to customize solutions for prospective clients
  • Handle all administrative tasks both internally and for clients as needed with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Learn and master basic product and application knowledge for onsite and online presentations
  • Utilize communication tools and best practices to help architects both visualize and understand the advantages of our solar building materials associated with various design concepts and planning scenarios.

 

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary of USD$65,000-$80,000+/year depending on experience, plus an annual bonus based on performance
  • Unlimited room for advancement and growth

  • Full-time and permanent position
