We are looking for a talented, aggressive RECRUITER to join our our team either working remotely or in our Mississauga Office located at Derry and Dixie Rd at the border of Mississauga and Brampton.
We are a third party recruiting firm. We only fill full time permanent roles for a flat fee. We fill all types of roles with a heavy emphasis on Skilled Trades roles, truck drivers, customer service reps and healthcare roles.
We are seeking an experienced aggressive recruiter with experience in recruiting a wide range of jobs including Skilled Trades , IT, Truck Drivers, Sales People etc.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and experienced in hunting and finding new talent. You should be comfortable using all talent attracting methods including LinkedIn, candidate databases, google search, social media search, posting jobs, searching databases among other sourcing techniques.
You should be professional and have strong interpersonal skills to talk to both clients and applicants.
Daily duties:
- Reviewing and organize orders daily
- Liaising with clients and salespeople
- Develop a recruiting strategy for each role assigned
- Insure all orders are worked thoroughly
- Work 6-15 open orders at any time
- Calling potential applicants for hire
- Reviewing resume and verifying documents and certification
- Source, screen, interview on phone and video and forward best applicants to client.
Qualification:
- Post secondary education
- At least 1 year experience of successful recruiting and headhunting
- Excellent people and management skills
- Excellent fast accurate computer skills
- Excellent database usage skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- MS office proficient
- Ability to meet deadlines
Expectations
- 40 -44 hours weekly to achieve your goals
- 60 plus connections daily
- 4-8 fills monthly
- Target on orders - 3 top candidates within 7 days
- Fill 50% of orders within 14 days
