Finance Manager

 

Job Overview
The Billing Team Lead oversees and directs the billing administrators to ensure customers are billed properly (without overcharging or undercharging) so that payments are received in a timely manner.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all billing processes
  • Provide solutions to complex billing issues
  • Assess and detect errors in billing processes and make corrections
  • Analyze Gross Margins of invoices on billing batch and resolve issues with both Inventory cost and Sales Pricing
  • Ensure that invoices are executed in a timely manner
  • Assures compliance with company objectives and that billing operational standards are met
  • Generate Monthly Accounts Receivable Statements
  • No contact with customers
  • Maintain good internal business relationships (especially Sales Team, Branches and Inventory Costing Team)

 

Qualifications

  • Accounting diploma/certification required
  • Minimum of 5 years billing/invoicing experience in a multi-branch environment
  • Strong problem- solving skills, accounting principles knowledge, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and planning skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent Office 365 skills (incl Excel and Outlook); large ERP system experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
