Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the position, working in partnership with technical sales res., will perform a variety of customer service and administration functions. These duties include but are not limited to creating specification sheets, sample bag approvals, order entry of PO information into ERP system, scanning and filing of documents.

 

Qualifications

  • Completion of a college diploma in a related field or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years’ working experience in a CSR role, with a custom manufacturing facility is an asset.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ERP and CRM systems. 
  • Strong mathematical abilities, to create specifications with measurements and dimensions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in order to resolve conflicts and problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
