Requirement:
Good knowledge of computers and associated software
Fluent in English language is a must.
2 years’ experience as customer service is preferred.
2 years of experience as dispatcher is a must.
- Takes order from the customer with good speed and a high level of accuracy and enter them into the software system.
- Provide timely support of the accounts receivable process, collecting from drivers, forwarding mail, picking up cheques or taking credit card orders.
- While adhering to policies and procedures as well as regulatory compliance, manage the general administration and provide office support for the company.
- Carry out in-house sale.
- Upon provision of adequate training, be familiar with our rates structure and system.
- Upon provision of adequate training, support the trucks and light vehicles dispatchers.
- Act as backup dispatcher whenever required.
