We are currently looking for a Principle Regional Director (PRD) for Western Canada.  We are looking for a self-confident leader, one who exudes with enthusiasm and is eager to grow in this career by developing and training industry leading Sales Managers and Sales teams across Western Canada.   

You will be responsible for overseeing offices spanning from Surrey, BC, Edmonton and Calgary AB, Saskatoon, SK, and Winnipeg MB.  This position reports directly to the VP of Sales. You will have 10 years of Disability and Life Insurance experience which includes overseeing management, sales, business development and creating sales techniques while providing strong leadership to the sales network within these regions.

  • Previous experience in Life and Disability sales
  • Previous management experience in Insurance, minimum 5 years
  • You are computer savvy and with the ability to navigate through different software

  • Polished, professional, and articulate
  • You are driven, eager and goal-oriented with an upbeat personality
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record in sales and recruitment
