We specialize in precision machining with the commitment of delivering high quality aerospace components for aviation companies across the globe, nuclear components for refurbishment projects and commercial industrial machined parts for high use machinery.

Our company manufactures turbine-engine shafts and thrust links, helicopter masts, nuclear pressure vessel containment systems and other industry specific high precision parts.

We are investing in the growth of the Toronto Ontario machining site with the addition of specialty CNC machinery and building improvements. We will have future opportunities in the Engineering, Quality Inspection and Operational teams.

We currently have openings at all levels in our Production Team.  If you are mechanically inclined and interested to develop and learn a skilled trade in machining, this job may be for you!  Our skilled team will provide hands on training for the right candidates. 

We are also seeking experienced CNC Machinist and Machine Operators  on our Day and Afternoon Shifts. Knowledge of one or more disciplines is an asset – such as experience with multi-axis machines, grinders, manual / CNC drill, or lathe machining, and / or polishing and deburr skills as well as manual machines is an asset.

Our machinist positions are critical roles in our growing team. Compensation is based on years and level of experience. Candidates new to the skilled trade may start at $21/hr and experienced machinists receive industry competitive pay.

Position Description:
The core working period is Monday to Friday and we have two shifts as well as optional Saturday hours. Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week and flexibility to work alternative shifts and weekends is an asset. Working hours may be extended during demand periods to meet customer delivery dates.

Team member are required to complete paid hands-on internal training during the first 3 months of employment.

Experienced Machinist Qualifications:

  • Five + years experience in Aerospace manufacturing is an asset
  • Machining experience with high quality metals such as Inconel, Titanium, stainless steel
  • Demonstrated experience working to tight tolerances
  • Working knowledge and demonstrated ability to use various measuring gauges and equipment.
  • Must be able to interpret written standard operating procedures
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English both written and spoken.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident or an Open Work Permit and currently live in Canada.
