We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position Training Coordinator at our Moncton, NB location.
Responsibilities:
Works with the HR Manager to facilitate company training program including:
- Coordination of technical, sales, and professional development training for company
- Booking of all travel related to external training (registrations, flights, hotels, rental vehicles, etc.)
- Organization of requirements for internal training (conference rooms, meals, accommodations, A/V, etc.)
- Management of prerequisite coursework and learning paths
- On-boarding of new hires, assigning them training materials related to their department
- Communicating with team members, and management
- Tracking of costs associated with annual training
Requirements and Skills:
- 1+ years human resources, or relatable experience
- Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Exceptional organization and communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and prioritize
- Expert knowledge of desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Agricultural equipment knowledge considered an asset
