We are looking for an experienced maintenance worker for a Monday through Friday day shift.

Based in Abbotsford, BC, we have served the local agricultural community since 1953 with operations in livestock feed milling, a hatchery, and poultry operations. We offer competitive wages, benefits, a supportive team, and family-oriented environment.

Working as part of a team and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, responsibilities include repair and maintenance of the building and equipment in the mill.

Duties Include:

• Fabricating
• Small fleet maintenance
• Mechanical and general maintenance 
• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment
• Ensure that equipment is working in accordance with safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Industrial maintenance work experience.
• Demonstrated equipment and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Physical strength and stamina to do the required maintenance and repair work.
• A millwright ticket or 4th Class Power Engineering certificate would be assets.
