We have over 60 years of experience specializing in the design, manufacture, and custom fabrication of engineered polyethylene systems for water, wastewater, and storm water management applications.  We offer our clients full-service engineering support in the design and manufacture of custom systems to meet their project’s specific requirements.

 

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to work out of our Mississauga location.  This role will be responsible for providing all necessary information to customers in order to assist sales with securing new orders.  This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge of the HDPE industry for career growth with the company. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quoting: providing customers with all the information necessary to secure new orders, from pricing to delivery, in a timely manner,
  • Continual communication with production and shipping department personnel and sales managers regarding status of quotes and orders,
  • Order entry: entering sales orders in ERP system,
  • Coordinate shipments: coordinate shipments with customer/plant/sales manager to ensure product is shipped per schedule,
  • Obtain and communicate pertinent sales data and statistics to necessary recipients within the company,
  • Attend sales meetings as required,
  • Participate in department projects to improve efficiency of tasks,
  • Conduct all work according to established procedures, policies and standards,
  • Actively participate in all Health & Safety training and promote a safe work environment.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field (i.e. administration, business, etc.)
  • 5+ years Customer Service experience or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of the position
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or construction building materials an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to develop strong and effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent computer skills and sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Experience utilizing a fully integrated ERP system
  • Bilingual in English and French an asset.
