Industrial Electrician - $38.45-$39.65 per hour

8 hour shifts, Monday - Friday

Afternoon shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) and Night shift (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative Maintenance according to specifications, instructions of
• Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, the building and all of its components.
• Design and build electrical panels for machinery.
• Design and build electrical circuits to improve the performance of equipment and machinery.
• Yearly safety trainings provided.

Requirements:

• 309A and /or 442A Electrician in Ontario.
• 5 years of hands on experience in food manufacturing
• Trouble shooting skills for Electrical & Mechanical problems
• Understanding of electrical circuitry
• Knowledge of PLC’s, maintenance shop machinery and electronics
• Knowledge of building wiring and CSA codes as it applies to an Industrial establishment.

• Must be able to lift and move heavy machinery.
• Ability to work at heights, heat, cold, and within guidelines of Occupational Health & Safety.

• $38.45 per hour + Shift premiums
• Afternoon shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)

• Afternoon shift premium at $0.75 per hour
• Night shift premium at $1.20 per hour
