We are a full service information technology infrastructure support business. We have been in business since 2008. We provide technology support for customers throughout the globe via remote and onsite support.

 

Responsibilities
• Communicate with computer users experiencing problems
• Consult documents to implement solutions
• Determine and document problems experienced
• Emulate or reproduce technical problems encountered
• Maintain a problem and solutions log
• Provide advice and training to users

Education
• Post-secondary education in computer programming or related field, or equivalent training completed
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Compensation
$38k - 42k per year
