Job description

CNC Mill Programmer/Operator with knowledge of 5 axis Heidenhein or 3 axis Fanuc controls.

• Program and Operate 3 / 5 axis CNC using Hypermill
• Read blueprint designs and set machines to produce components
• Capable of programming and producing complex parts
• Verify accuracy of machined components
• Utilize any company provided tools with care and proper housekeeping (ex. micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.)
• Develop peer relationships to ensure quality of work.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with limited supervision while staying on task to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of CNC programing and operating experience
• Experience working with a Heidenhain or HAAS machine controls an asset
