Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Facility Maintenance / Property Management

About the position:
We are currently searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be part of our dynamic team. This person will report to our Account Manager and work as a part of a team to deliver great service to our large enterprise clients.
Training is preferred (not required) in the office in Milton, Ontario, but everything else is Work From Home!
A regular day for you would look like this:
- Creating Forms
- Managing Dispatch of Vendors
- Responding to Service Calls
- Sourcing External Contractors
- Preparing Quotes for Clients
Must-haves!
- Completion of High School Diploma
- Bilingual in English and French
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer savvy – experience using MS Office
- Clear criminal background check
- Experience working in Property Management or Facility Maintenance is a big plus!
Why Work Here:
- This position can be performed entirely from home (in Canada!). We do however prefer training in the office in Milton, Ontario
- Required to work 37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
