Shift: Day Shift

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Tow Truck Drivers in Hamilton, Ontario.

Position Overview:

As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for providing efficient and timely towing services to our customers in Hamilton. Whether it's a roadside breakdown, accident, or vehicle recovery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to service calls promptly and safely
• Operating tow trucks and other specialized equipment with precision and care
• Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to stranded motorists
• Adhering to all traffic laws and company policies at all times
• Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment

Qualifications:

• Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience in towing or a related field preferred
  (training/development will be provided)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
