Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving clients’ concerns.
  • Perform service on commercial/residential heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
  • Perform start-ups on air conditioning as required.
  • Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete service work.
  • Handle customer concerns, questions or problems in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Other duties include performing maintenance on equipment, servicing and/or cleaning IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and performing minor field fabrication.
  • Responsible for mentoring/supervising support staff in the HVAC/refrigeration field

 

Qualifications:

  • Certification in residential HVAC.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Certification(s) in refrigeration, electrical work or sheet metal is an asset.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial/residential HVAC field.
  • Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
  • Adapt at servicing commercial/residential heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
  • The ability to work overtime, weekend hours, and on call as required.
  • WHMIS 2015 is required.
