We are looking for a motivated and skilled Boatyard Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience and a genuine passion for recreational and commercial marine vessels. You’ll play an integral part in the hauling, launching, and maintenance of our customers’ boats—helping ensure every job is done right and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate as an active and collaborative member of the team

• Haul, block, launch, and maintain recreational and commercial vessels

• Open and close shop facilities, securing buildings and equipment at end of day

• Inspect vessels and equipment, advising customers on needed repairs or replacements

• Complete service and repair tasks efficiently, with a focus on safety and quality

• Maintain clear and accurate records of work completed

• Communicate directly with customers and coworkers to keep projects on track

• Manage individual projects independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• Experience in boatyard or marine service operations

• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and follow through on projects

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Must supply own standard tools and equipment

• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting and working outdoors in various conditions
