We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Training Coordinator at our Moncton, NB location.

Responsibilities:

Works with the HR Manager to facilitate company training program including:

• Coordination of technical, sales, and professional development training for company
• Booking of all travel related to external training (registrations, flights, hotels, rental vehicles, etc.)
• Organization of requirements for internal training (conference rooms, meals, accommodations, A/V, etc.)
• Management of prerequisite coursework and learning paths
• On-boarding of new hires, assigning them training materials related to their department 
• Communicating with team members, and management 
• Tracking of costs associated with annual training

Requirements and Skills:

• 1+ years  human resources, or relatable experience
• Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent experience 
• Exceptional organization and communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve and prioritize
• Expert knowledge of desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Agricultural equipment knowledge considered an asset
