DUTIES

• Answering phones
• Quoting customers utilizing our sales programs (we use 2 internal programs)
• Entering orders using our sales programs
• Follow up with customers regarding orders

REQUIREMENTS

• Computer experience necessary
• Good math skills (for pricing, percentages, fractions, etc.)
• Great communication skills, pleasant phone manner
• Extremely customer service orientated
• Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Great attitude in general – willingness to embrace change and always learning new products etc.
• Mandarin speaking an asset

HOURS

Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm ( 1 hour lunch)

PAY

$45,000.00-$48,000.00 annual salary paid bi weekly
