We are looking to add a Mandarin / English speaking Technical Support Associates to join our team. The Technical Support Associate will be responsible for managing all customer inquiries and respond to customer concerns while building exceptional rapport, identifying customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Hours: Must be flexible to work rotating shifts based on the ongoing campaign.
In this position, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service to incoming calls, emails, texts, and online chat customer inquiries
- Resolving customers issues in a friendly and timely manner
- Troubleshoot mobile technology, equipment, and system issues; educate and communicate customer regarding support options
- Keeping customers information accurate and confidential
- Keeping track of customers information through documentation
Ideally, we are looking for applicants:
- Fluent Mandarin and English
- Good Language skills
- Love of helping customers
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to type 25 wpm
- Strong computer skills
- Rotating Shifts
- Background check is required for this role
